Complete Manufacturing Process of Premium Lacquer Cabinet Doors
Our dedicated closed lacquer spraying workshop implements a systematic multi-spray production standard. Combined with CNC precision forming and hand-finished sanding & spraying, every lacquer cabinet door undergoes 10 key production stages to satisfy strict Australian interior finishing requirements.
Forming & Cutting

Raw boards are cut and shaped by CNC equipment. We produce flat panels, shaker doors, fluted panels and curved components according to custom project drawings to prepare substrates for painting.
Priming

The first layer of primer is evenly sprayed onto panels. Primer seals the wood base, blocks moisture and greatly improves the adhesion of topcoat.
Sanding

Workers carry out initial mechanical sanding to eliminate burrs and uneven bumps on the surface for a smooth base.
2nd Priming

Second primer fills tiny pores and micro gaps on the board surface to further flatten the substrate.
2nd Sanding

Secondary fine sanding removes all minor imperfections left by primer, laying the groundwork for high-quality top coating.
Coating (1 to 2 coats)

Top lacquer is applied inside dust-free spray booths. Matte, satin and high-gloss finishes are available, and custom colour matching can be arranged.
Drying

Sprayed panels enter dedicated drying zones for full curing to stabilise the paint layer and prevent scratches.
Polishing

Additional polishing treatment for glossy lacquer doors achieves a mirror-smooth surface effect.
Quality Check

Professional inspectors check each door for colour difference, dust particles, scratches and coating defects.
Finished Lacquer Boards

Qualified lacquer cabinet doors are sorted and stored, ready for assembly with cabinet carcasses.
